Our priority as your inspector is to inform you on any and all questions you may have about the home you are buying or selling. We are trained by Inspection Certification Associates (ICA), have passed the National Home Inspectors Examination, are members of International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and are licensed, bonded and insured by the state of Oregon. A: The length of the home inspection can very due to the homes sizes, weather conditions, etc. but an average home inspection takes about 2 to 3 hours.

Q: Why get a home inspection?

A: A lot of defects are easier to see such as a window missing a pane of glass or a staircase missing a step. Some defects however are hidden in crawlspaces, attics, behind the service hatch of a furnace etc. Getting a professional home inspection greatly reduces your risk of missing something that can be potential expensive to fix or a safety hazard.


Q: Can I be present at the home inspection?

A: Clients presence at the home inspection is preferred. We are diligent and thorough with our written and depicted inspection reports but you being at the home during the inspection may answer different questions that may not be addressed on the report. And that’s great! Our goal is to inform you on your potential new investment.
